For starters you can throw eye lift and brow lift straight out the window, because current photos do not substantiate these claims at all, instead i would attribute the tightness in the above photo to the use of botox, apposed to extensive nip tuck.

As for the nose job, there are countless photos floating around the internet of a young Gwyneth Paltrow that would suggest she has undergone a nose job (rhinoplasty), however it appears to have been a very minor procedure that slightly altered the width of the nostrils.

Not to mention that Gwyneth Paltrow has also been rumored to have breast implants, however we think this may be a result of pregnancy and we'll cover this topic later.

Over the course of Julia Roberts' illustrious career in show business, she has received a fair amount of plastic surgery gossip, which is natural for a high caliber movie star such as herself.

Well for starter i don't think Julia Roberts ever had work done on her nose and lips, however its difficult to say if shes received botox injections, because some doctors are quite swift and very subtle with there technique.

What we do know is that Julia Roberts just did an interview last week with Elle magazine and spoke candidly about plastic surgery in general.
