The plastic surgery procedure at hand, is supposedly a nose job (rhinoplasty), which is attributed to before and after photos like the one featured above.

However we think its pretty silly to compare before and after photos of a 14 year old Shia Labeouf from Even Stevens, with the fully developed 24 year old man he is today.

End of story, case closed, no plastic surgery for Mr. Labeouf...
